What is the difference between neurology and neuropsychology?

Neuropsychology is a branch of psychology that’s primary focus is the relationship between brain functioning and Personal behaviors. Neuropsychologists focus on treatment for mental, behavioral issues and cognitive issues, most of these are the disorders of the brain treated without medication.

Neurologists focus on treating physical symptoms and movement disorders to include the nervous system. Neurologists look at all aspects of the nervous system, including general anatomy and functions while exploring all conditions that affect the brain. Many of these conditions often need medication for treatments.

Will I get updates on my patient’s care coordination after making a referral?

Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your patient. We understand the importance of staying informed about your patient’s progress, and we are committed to providing you with regular updates on their care coordination.

Once the referral has been processed, our dedicated care coordinator will be assigned to your patient. They will be the primary point of contact for any updates or inquiries regarding the patient’s care.

Our standard protocol includes regular communication to keep you informed about milestones, treatment plans, and any changes in the patient’s condition. You can expect updates at key points in the care process, and we encourage open communication to address any specific concerns or requests you may have.
